Above is the video link guideline on "Application for New Water Supply Connection". 

Customers who wish to apply for new water supply connection at JBALB jurisdiction area, shall proceed to apply at any Service Sarawak counters through digital channels (Sarawak Government website / Service Sarawak website/mobile application).

Customers are strongly prohibited to carry out connection on their own as it violates Water Supply Regulations 1995 and can be prosecuted.

The procedures are as follows:

1. Submit all documents to counter / Service Sarawak online application 
2. Staff will process the request
3. JBALB Divisional office will contact consumer to collect payment bill
4. After payment, return the bill receipt to JBALB Divisional office
5. Water meter will be installed by JBALB's appointed contractor

Even though JBALB does not own its application specially for water supply online services, customers can make use application set by Sarawak Government through SERVICE SARAWAK app. Service Sarawak is not only for application of new water supply connection but also other online services as mentioned in above infographics.
