- Manage, operate & maintain the water supply system in Sarawak’s jurisdiction
- Planning, development & extension of clean & quality water supply to rural
- Assisting the State Water Authority in the administration and enforcement of the Water Ordinance, Water Supply Regulations and related State’s licensing provisions
