How to Get a Digital / Physical Copy of JBALB Water Bill


  1. Use registered SarawakID* individual at app/website
    - Paybills https://paybills.sarawak.gov.my/
    - Service Sarawak https://service.sarawak.gov.my
    - SPay Global / Sarawak Pay
     
  2. Should there be no registered SarawakID, kindly access Paybills website and key in bill account number (JBALB WATER BILL) at Paybills homepage

  3. To obtain a hardcopy water bill, please visit the nearest JBALB Divisional office or Service Sarawak counter. Please call JBALB Call Centre at 082-262211 for queries
