Application for Change of Water Supply Ownership
- All application can be done at all Service Sarawak counters through various digital channel (Service Sarawak website / mobile application)
- Fill up relevant information and upload relevant supporting documents (New ownership MyKad, death certificate (if applicant is deceased), consent letter (if on behalf applicant), and land title/proof of premise ownership
- Once approved, JBALB divisional will contact consumer to settle any outstanding bills
- After payment, return bill receipt to nearest JBALB Divisional office
- JBALB Divisional will update water billing system
