*SPECIAL NOTICE TO TENDERERS CONCERNING COMPULSORY SITE VISIT / TENDER BRIEFING
1. For company Sdn. Bhd. or Bhd., the authorised person or representative attending the tender briefing and site visit shall be authorised personnel duly supported by a Board of Director’s Resolution which is signed by the majority of the directors. The attendance of the director of the company being the authorized personnel is preferred.
2. As for Partnership company, the representative attending the tender briefing and site visit shall be authorised personnel duly supported by Power of Attorney or Letter of Authorisation which is signed by majority of the partners. The attendance of the partner of the company being the authorized personnel is preferred.
3. In the case of Sole Proprietorship, the representative shall be the sole proprietor or senior staff or top management staff of the company. The presence of senior or top management staff of the company requires Letter of Authorisation from the sole proprietor.
4. Proof of tenderer’s attendance eg. verified attendance slip or any other form as given / specified in site visit and tender briefing is pre-requisite for the purchase of all tender documents and the same document shall be submitted together with the tender document for technical compliance evaluation.
