Quotation Documents are obtainable from the Quantity Survey Section, Level 2, JBALB, Sri Aman Division during normal office hours and the closing date for the quotation shall be 12.00 noon on 11 February 2026 (Wednesday).

Quotation Documents should be handed or posted to the address as in paragraph 2 and NOT to behanded or addressed to any individual officer of the Department who perhaps may have previously made a verbal inquiry. Any quotation which is incorrectly addressed or not received in time will not be considered.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation.
