JBALB SARAWAK SELANGKAH KE ARAH PENSIJILAN ISO 9001:2015

Audit Pensijilan ISO 9001:2015 JBALB Sarawak yang berlangsung pada 27 hingga 30 Julai 2026 telah berjaya disempurnakan dengan hasil yang amat membanggakan.

Berdasarkan pembentangan semasa Mesyuarat Penutupan 'Stage 2 Audit' bagi 'MS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification of JBALB' berlangsung pada petang tadi di Ibu Pejabat JBALB Sarawak yang dipengerusikan oleh Ts. Haji Tamida bin Haji Da'adi, yang mewakili Pengarah JBALB Sarawak JBALB telah menerima: '2 Nonconformity Report (NCR) – Minor' dan '3 Opportunities for Improvement (OFI)'.

Lebih membanggakan, pasukan Juruaudit daripada NIOSH Certification Sdn Bhd telah mengesyorkan agar JBALB Sarawak dianugerahkan Pensijilan ISO 9001:2015 bagi skop yang diaudit.

Bagi pihak Pengurusan Kualiti, setinggi penghargaan dan ucapan terima kasih kepada semua barisan pengurusan tertinggi, khususnya Jurutera Air Bahagian Kuching, Jurutera Air Bahagian Samarahan, Jurutera Air Bahagian Serian, Jurutera Air Bahagian Sri Aman dan Puan Ir. Ts. Gs. Gracie Chong (Ketua Penolong Pengarah - Pematuhan) selaku Penyelaras Pensijilan ISO 9001:2015, atas komitmen, kerjasama dan dedikasi yang telah diberikan sepanjang pelaksanaan audit.

Pencapaian ini merupakan satu langkah penting ke arah memperoleh Pensijilan ISO 9001:2015 yang dijangka akan dianugerahkan pada Ogos atau September 2026 nanti.

Setinggi penghargaan dan syabas kepada seluruh warga JBALB Sarawak. Semoga kejayaan ini menjadi pemangkin untuk terus memperkukuh budaya kualiti, mengamalkan penambahbaikan berterusan dan meningkatkan kecemerlangan penyampaian perkhidmatan demi manfaat rakyat Sarawak.
