PSIKOSOSIAL KERJA YANG SIHAT TINGKATKAN PRODUKTIVITI WARGA KERJA JBALB SARAWAK

Jabatan Bekalan Air Luar Bandar Sarawak melalui Cawangan Pematuhan Ibu Pejabat JBALB telah dijemput untuk menghadiri Majlis Sambutan Hari Sedunia bagi Keselamatan dan Kesihatan di Tempat Kerja Tahun 2026 anjuran Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan Sarawak (JKKP) pada 28 April 2026 (Selasa) bertempat di CIDB Convention Centre Samariang, Kuching.

Hari Sedunia bagi Keselamatan dan Kesihatan (World OSH Day) di tempat kerja disambut pada 28 April setiap tahun dengan bertemakan “Bagaimana keadaan kerja anda? Bersama memastikan Persekitaran Psikososial Kerja yang Sihat”, Majlis Negara bagi Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (MNKKP) telah memilih Negeri Sarawak sebagai tuan rumah bagi majlis sambutan tersebut.

Program ini memberi impak positif yang menyeluruh, khususnya dalam memperkukuh kesejahteraan psikososial di tempat kerja. Penekanan terhadap persekitaran kerja yang sihat membantu meningkatkan motivasi, fokus serta daya tahan mental dalam kalangan kakitangan, sekali gus menyumbang kepada peningkatan produktiviti organisasi.

Selain itu, penglibatan aktif dalam aktiviti semasa program berlangsung seperti “Brisk Walk for Healthy Mental” yang disertai oleh peserta-peserta daripada Ibu Pejabat JBALB dan JBALB Bahagian turut menggalakkan gaya hidup sihat dan mengurangkan tekanan kerja. Ia juga menjadi platform untuk mengeratkan hubungan antara warga kerja dari pelbagai bahagian, seterusnya memupuk semangat kerjasama dan komunikasi yang lebih berkesan.

Secara keseluruhan, program ini menyokong usaha berterusan JBALB dalam mewujudkan budaya kerja yang positif, seimbang dan berdaya saing selaras dengan aspirasi organisasi untuk memberikan perkhidmatan yang berkualiti kepada rakyat.
