KURSUS PERHUBUNGAN AWAM JBALB SARAWAK TINGKATKAN KEMAHIRAN BERKOMUNIKASI DALAM PERHUBUNGAN AWAM

Kursus Perhubungan Awam JBALB Sarawak anjuran Cawangan Komunikasi Korporat telah diadakan buat julung kalinya selama 2 hari bermula 13 hingga 14 April 2026 bertujuan untuk memberi pendedahan pegawai dalam memperkukuh kemahiran komunikasi profesional, kecerdasan emosi, etika, serta kemahiran pengucapan awam.

Program ini melengkapkan peserta dengan kemahiran praktikal untuk mengurus pertanyaan, aduan, taklimat dan situasi mencabar dengan yakin, sambil mengekalkan profesionalisme dan kredibiliti organisasi.

Kursus ini telah dikendalikan dengan jayanya oleh Coach Md. Ariff Azahari, seorang motivator yang tidak asing untuk penjawat awam Negeri Sarawak.
