Greetings and Salam Sarawakku Sayang! 

It is been a great honour to serve as the Director of Rural Water Supply Sarawak Department. As a new department of Sarawak state Government, the journey is surely rocky and challenging.

However, this never hinders us to continue providing safe and reliable water, and improve quality of services rendered to the consumers especially rural people. Our hope is by the year 2025, we will achieve our vision for 100% water supply coverage. This may not be possible without implementation of various projects planned by JBALB under various schemes including brainchild of our Minister of Public Utilities, named Sarawak Alternative Water Supply or in short, "SAWAS". 

It is hoped that information provided in this website will enable users and consumers to better understand our services, roles and responsibilities.
